If you’ve ever been a part of a team, you know how hard it can be
to motivate yourself when you’re no longer part of a collective unit.

Being on a team means working toward a shared goal with a group of like-minded, badass people who are there to support you every step of the way. But so often when the season ends or you’re no longer part of that team, you’re left feeling like you’re floating aimlessly. Visits to the gym become monotonous and boring, you’re unsure what to do, and there’s no support system keeping you going. And fun? Yea, there’s none of that.

Well, we’re here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be like that. Your training CAN be fun. It can be smart. It DOESN’T have to boring. And there'S DEFINITELY a group of women out there who are as mother f*cking awesome as you.

The Training Team is a 12 week online
strength and conditioning program for women.

WHY 
Create structure and accountability, offer support from a community,
and get as strong as hell in the process - In AND outside of the gym. 


JOINING OUR TRAINING TEAM INCLUDES

  • A 6 day-a-week program designed to cover all the bases of what it’s like to train like an athlete.

  • Monthly focus change to avoid boredom and burnout, and keep it fresh.

  • Weekly check-ins from the coaches to make sure you’re on track and nailing the shit out of your train.

  • Weekly coaching videos to make sure you’re training in the safest, most effective way possible.

  • Weekly reading materials and habits focused around mindset and nutrition.

  • A private online coaching group to connect you with the rest of your team to share in victories and hold each other accountable.

  • Live Q&As with the coaches.
